Abstract

Implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) In Efforts To Improve Lamongan District Community Welfare. The problem in a country is poverty, and it is also felt in every district / city must have their respective problems. The Lamongan Regency is no exception. Lamongan District has several socio-economic problems. The Family of Hope Program (PKH) requires PKH participants to utilize health services in order to optimally improve their health. In a healthy condition the child will be ready to enter education. With education there is a change in the direction of improving human resources. Improvement of human resources for the long term will break the chain of poverty. Based on available data it is known that every year the number of PKH participants in Lamongan Regency has decreased.
